Payment Methods
At Mittelalter-Outlet.com, we work with PayPal as our payment partner. All available payment methods allow for immediate receipt of payment, which enables us to process your order directly. Since we offer items such as remaining stock in low quantities on Mittelalter-Outlet.com, this helps us avoid double bookings.
Please understand that we cannot offer payment via bank transfer/advance payment on Mittelalter-Outlet.com.
Order Preparation
Once you have placed your order and completed the payment process, it usually takes 2-3 business days for it to be prepared, packed, and shipped from our warehouse.
During extremely busy periods, it can take up to 10 business days for orders to leave our warehouse.
Shipping Costs
Within Germany: We ship via DHL for €4.90 – or free of charge for orders over €29!
To the EU: We ship via DHL starting at €14.90 – or free of charge for orders over €100! We recommend checking with family and friends for a bulk order so you can save on shipping together!
Delivery Conditions
(1) The choice of shipping route and method is at the sole discretion of the provider. Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer.
(2) If the customer pays via PayPal or Stripe, delivery will only be carried out after receipt of the full purchase price plus shipping costs.
(3) Should the ordered goods be temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately of any delay resulting from the reordering process.
(4) If the product is permanently unavailable, the provider will refrain from an acceptance declaration. In this case, no contract is concluded.
(5) If the delivery address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in additional shipping costs for the provider (e.g., re-shipping fees), these costs must be reimbursed by the customer.
Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.
Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices stated on the provider's website include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are not payable to the provider but to the responsible local customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to check the details with these authorities before ordering.
(2) Price changes are permitted if there are more than four months between the conclusion of the contract and the agreed delivery date. If wages, material costs, or supplier prices change thereafter until delivery, we are entitled to adjust prices accordingly to reflect cost increases or decreases. The customer is only entitled to withdraw if a price increase significantly exceeds the rise in the general cost of living between order and delivery.
(3) The corresponding shipping costs for shipping within the EU are specified in the order form and are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer exercises their right of withdrawal. For orders to non-EU countries, shipping costs are agreed upon individually; please inquire about the exact shipping costs at outlet@mytholon.com.
(4) Goods are shipped by mail. The shipping risk is borne by the provider if the customer is a consumer.
(5) In the event of a withdrawal, the customer shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods. In all other cases, the provider bears the return shipping costs.
Payment Terms
(1) The customer can make payment via PayPal, credit card, etc.
(2) The customer can change the payment method stored in their user account at any time.
(3) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The purchase price plus shipping costs must be paid within 7 days of receiving the payment request. If the customer is in default of payment, the provider may charge default interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate for consumers and 8 percentage points above the base interest rate for business transactions from the start of the default.
(4) The customer's obligation to pay default interest does not exclude the assertion of further default damages by the provider.
